1. Providing clean copies of the original text and graphics.
2. Providing all the necessary reference materials if you have
them.This is extremely helpful as it will greatly improve our
working efficiency. Some reference materials may include: previously
translated projects, terminology, correspondences, etc.
3. If the text you are ready to provide to the translation company
is not the final draft, then do the finalization work immediately.
Revisions and additions to the original text after the translation
has started will disrupt the production process and cause confusion
for the translators.
4 Give the translation company enough time to do the job. Translation
is a demanding and complex work. For even the most experienced
translator there is a limit to the length of text she/he can
translate in one day.

What shall I do when I am not satisfied
with the quality of the translation?
If the final translation does not meet your expectations, notify
us immediately, and tell them why. we will correct them immediately
for you. At SIJIAYI every effort is made to prevent such a disaster
from happening.
