Simultaneous Interpretation
The price of interpretation/translation service is mainly determined
by elements including the specialty and difficulty of topics/documents,
the original and target language, the length of documents and
delivery time in the case of translation, etc. Though the standard
quotation is provided as follows, the final price of each interpretation/translation
will be subject to negotiation.

1. The service time of interpretation is 8 hours per day,
service of less than 4 hours will be paid as half a day,
service of more than 4 hours but less than 8 hours will
be paid as one day. If overtime work is needed, the client
needs to get the interpreter's consent first and RMB1000/personhour
will be charged.
2. At least two(2) interpreters are needed for simultaneous
interpretation as a team.
3. If travel (outside Beijing) is needed, 20% surcharge
must be paid, and the expenditure of travel, accommodation,
and safety of interpreters are on the client.
4. For consecutive interpretation, please contact us at
least 3-10 working days ahead of the meeting. And for
simultaneous interpretation, please contact us at least
5-12 working days ahead of the meeting.
