2. Customer relations
Job description:
Telephone negotiation, business handling, email receiving &sending,
e-document management, and customer service, etc.
Job requirement:
(1) male or female, college degree or above, eloquent, amiable
and nice image and manner;
(2) skillful at computer operation and automated office tools
and software;
(3) basic English skills, able to handle English language emails
and have simple conversation with foreign experts at the centre;
(4) one year or above of working experience as secretary of
clerk required
(5) strong sense of responsibility and meticulous working style
3．Translator:
The document translation division of the Centre is growing very
fast, thus offering great opportunities for translation professional
with all types of foreign languages skills. The document translation
division will select qualified candidates under pre-set working
process to put into the human resources bank of the centre,
and offer full-time or part-time working opportunities when
appropriate.
While the centre already has a highly-competent and prestigious
interpretation team, we still open the door to the real outstanding
interpretation talents to grow with us. However, we have to
remind the candidates that the selection criteria for conference
interpreters will be exceptionally high to reject those mediocre
guys.
