建议各位译友将broker-dealer统一翻译为“经纪自营商”。理由如下，59页有一段话：“a broker is a firm or individual who atc as an intermediary bt buyers and sellers of securities…….A dealer is a firm or person who is in the business of buying and selling securities for its own account, either directly or through a broker. Many firms operate as both brokers and dearlers. " 如果译为券商，则broker和dealer无法分拆翻译。不知各位是否同意。或者请教一下更好的译法。目前我把broker翻译为经纪商，Dealer为自营商
